Welcome to Nofora. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

Prohibition of External Content Sharing:

Content available on the Nofora platform is for on-platform use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, republishing, distributing, or otherwise sharing any content (whether your own or other users') obtained from the Service on any other platform or medium outside of Nofora. Violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban of your account and may subject you to legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in the content which you create and submit on the Service, subject to the following exception.

Special Clause for Flash Fiction:

For any content submitted and explicitly categorized as "Flash Fiction", you agree that such submission does not create, establish, or confer any claim of copyright or intellectual property ownership to you for the submitted story. You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Flash Fiction in any medium.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
