User Terms of Service - Nofoora

Welcome to Nofoora. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nofoora platform as a general user, reader, or creator of Sways. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to publish novels, soundscapes, comics, or other formal creative works, you must apply to become a creator and agree to the separate Creator Terms of Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2. User-Generated Sways & Interactive Content

Nofoora allows users to create, upload, and share interactive slide-based visual stories called "Sways."

Ownership and License:

You retain all copyrights and intellectual property ownership over the images, text, and media you upload to create your Sways. By publishing Sways on Nofoora, you grant Nofoora a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute these Sways within the platform.

Content Guidelines:

Your Sways must not contain any hate speech, explicit adult content, copyright-infringing materials, or depictions of extreme violence. Nofoora reserves the right to remove any Sway that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Prohibition of Content Scraping & External Sharing

Nofoora strictly protects the rights of its creators and authors.

On-Platform Use Only:

All original works, novels, soundscapes, comics, and other users' Sways available on the Nofoora platform are for on-platform personal consumption only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, republishing, distributing, scraping, or otherwise sharing any content obtained from the Service on any other platform, medium, or external server. Violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban of your account and may subject you to legal liability.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nofoora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
